Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page or at teldin@eldincapital.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help make it right.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the return window may not be eligible for refund.
